Any orders from the customer as well as any deliveries made by A&L Technics bvba imply full approval, without any reservation, from the buyer of these general terms of sale, excluding any and all other documents such as folders, catalogues issued by the seller and that shall possess an indicative value only.

The cancellation or non-applicability of one of the clauses under the general terms or under the special terms shall not entail the cancellation of the other general or special clauses which shall continue to be fully valid and applicable.

The customer declares also that he has been informed comprehensively of the characteristic features and of the conditions of use regarding the services and products he is ordering.

The information provided by the buyer when the order is being accepted shall be binding on the buyer: in the event of any error in the wording of the particulars of the recipient, the seller shall not incur any liability as to the impossibility in which he may find himself of delivering the product.

Orders shall become final only after they have been confirmed via settlement of the price by the buyer. Any change in or cancellation of the order by the buyer can not be taken into account and the price paid shall not be refunded.

Offers for products shall be valid within the limits of the stocks available.

Any return of products shall be subject to a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer. Any take-back accepted by the seller in the event of any visible flaw or of non-conformity of the products delivered, as determined by the seller, shall allow the buyer to obtain the cost-free replacement thereof or a refund, excluding any other indemnity or claim for damages.

A copy of the invoice shall have to accompany your return as well as a message in writing that indicates the reason for this return. We shall effect the exchange or the refund within a period of 10 workdays following its receipt. The costs for the return shall be refunded also in the event of any error ascribable to us.

A&L Technics bvba shall have to refuse the return of any items damaged or having been used. Items returned shall be sent postage prepaid and by registered mail to the following address: A&L Technics bvba, Ambachtstraat 34, B-3530 Houthalen-Helchteren, Belgium.

The prices mentioned by A&L Technics bvba shall exclude 21% VAT.

A&L Technics bvba is subject to the laws of Belgium and the items proposed in the e-shop shall all be shipped from Belgium. Invoices shall be drawn up in Euro and shall be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21 % in Belgium.

All invoices shall be in Euro.

A contribution to shipping costs shall be added to the total amount of the invoice. The products shall be supplied at the price in force at the time when the order is placed.

Payment of the price shall be in cash at the time when the order is received.

Complaints and objections shall be considered always with benevolent attentiveness, as good faith is presumed to exist with any party that takes the trouble of explaining its situation.

In the event of disputes, the customer shall first approach the company in order to bring about an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Courts of Belgium (Court District of Hasselt) alone shall have jurisdiction.
